Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business initiatives and operational activities, ensuring effective project coordination, execution, and performance monitoring.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and analytical professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to business objectives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Support the execution of business and operational initiatives.


* Coordinate and track projects, timelines, and action plans.


* Analyze information and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.


* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.


* Develop presentations, reports, and supporting materials.


* Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.


* Promote the use of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence capabilities to enhance productivity.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management (PMO), Program Support, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar functions within the pharmaceutical industry (Preferred).


* Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably within a regulated industry.


* Advanced written and spoken English (required).


* Fluent Portuguese or Spanish.

* Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and digital technologies.
