Position Overview:

Stratafix is a strategic brand and a growth platform within J&J MedTech Surgery.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Stratafix, will lead a team of direct reports responsible for supporting and accelerating growth efforts for this key platform.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Stratafix, will own the brand end to end, leading Stratafix portfolio strategy and brand management for the business in the U.S.

market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to new product launches, forecasting, creative and integrated marketing, and specialty-specific strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute the Stratafix portfolio strategy, including value proposition, segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, pricing, and portfolio prioritization.
