Purpose:

In this position, the Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence, Oncology, will support the development and execution of global RWE strategies and high-priority evidence-generation pr ograms across the oncology portfolio .

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Real-World Evidence, Oncology, this individual will work under the strategic guidance of the Global RWE Disease Leads to help translate asset - and disease-area evidence priorities into timely, high-quality RWE studies and deliverables that support market shaping, medical adoption, access, and evidence-based decision-making.

The Associate Director will partner closely with RWE Researchers , Programmers in the GRWE Analytic Hub , cross-functional collaborators, regional and local evidence-generation teams, and external vendors to ensure scientific rigor, operational excellence, and effective dissemination of RWE .

This individual will also support the Disease Leads in stakeholder management across IEGP, long-range Worldwide RWE R oadmap development, RWE Working Groups, and project execution forums.
