We are searching for the best talent for Sr.

Professional Education Specialist / Associate Professional Education Manager - Electrophysiology based in Seoul.

Position summary

This position is responsible for developing mid-to-long-term Healthcare professional educational strategies for mainly Electrophysiology and also Neurovascular market ( approximately 90% Electrophysiology and 10% Neurovascular focus) in collaboration with Commercial sales & marketing team and planning & executing Prof Ed programs for HCP to ensure safe and effective utilization of our product solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology market with proven track record of success in the relevant field.

You will be responsible for :


* Prof Ed strategy development: Develop mid-to-long-term Healthcare professional educational strategies for mainly Electrophysiology and also Neurovascular market in collaboration with Commercial sales & marketing team.


* Prof Ed Program Planning and Execution: Design and execute educational programs for Healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with Commercial objectives.


* KOL and Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare professionals to gather insights for effective and efficient educational programs and identification of market's educational unmet needs, and Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, compliance team, to develop educational content that supports product launches and ongoing education initiatives.
