Job Title: Japan & North Asia Market Integration Specialist

Division / Department: Johnson & Johnson APAC IM Deliver / E2E Integrator Team

Scope:

This role supports Japan and North Asia market / cluster activities, with a primary focus on strengthening connectivity with HK, TW, and KR markets, gathering business insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting APAC Trade Operations Pillar activities.

Position Summary:

APAC IM Deliver organization strives to deliver exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing and operational functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, transportation, and trade operations across APAC markets.

The APAC operating environment is diverse, with different market models, local regulations, business practices, operational structures, and stakeholder needs.

The Japan & North Asia Market Integration Specialist will provide operational, analytical, documentation, coordination, and process improvement support under the direction of the Japan & North Asia Integration Lead.

The role is designed to strengthen sustainable support for Japan and North Asia markets while also contributing to key APAC Trade Operations initiatives, including governance model development, actions arising from the Global Trade Risk Assessment, and upcoming Global Trade Standard / compliance-related requirements.
