We are searching for the best talent for Associate Product Manager based in Seoul.

Purpose

The Associate Product Manager supports the strategy and execution of the Korea Electrophysiology portfolio.

The role partners with the EP Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches, portfolio growth, market analytics, field enablement, customer engagement, and capital readiness.

The successful candidate will translate market, customer, and clinical insights into practical commercial actions while operating in compliance with Johnson & Johnson policies and Our Credo.

You will be responsible for:


* Support annual marketing plans, product positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and lifecycle management for assigned EP products and procedures.


* Coordinate new product introduction and launch readiness across Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Clinical Sales.


* Analyze sales, procedure volume, market share, product mix, pricing, customer adoption, and competitive activity; prepare regular dashboards and business reviews.
