The EP Bids & Tender Specialist is responsible for managing tender and contracting activities for the Electrophysiology (EP) business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The role ensures compliance with public procurement regulations, internal Johnson & Johnson policies, and commercial requirements while providing operational support to the EP organization on tender, contracting, and governance processes.

Job Responsibilities;

Tender Management


* Manage the end-to-end public tender process for the EP business


* Monitor tender opportunities and submission deadlines


* Coordinate the preparation, review, and timely submission of tender documentation.


* Ensure compliance with local procurement legislation and J&J policies.


* Maintain tender databases,records and tender analyzes

Contract Management


* Support the preparation, review, execution, and administration of customer contracts


* Monitor contract validity, amendments, renewals, and obligations


* Ensure contractual documentation is properly maintained and archived


* Act as a liaison between commercial teams, legal, and other internal stakeholders

Pricing and Commercial Support


* Support price setting activities in accordance with company policies and approval processes
