Purpose: As the Principal Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and managing large equipment technology projects at Johnson & Johnson Vision.

Your expertise and leadership will be essential in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring and completion.

You will work closely with diverse teams to create innovative equipment automation solutions that will have a significant impact on eye health.

You will:


* Manage Equipment Automation Capital Projects from Business Case Proposal and conception through closure


* Manage project earned value and work completed


* Evaluate and negotiate contract terms with equipment suppliers


* Propose, assess, plan, implement, monitor, and close large equipment technology projects across Johnson & Johnson Vision


* Perform design tasks, including development of requirements, system specifications, qualifications protocol generation, protocol execution, technical instructions, training, and protocol/test execution reports
