Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for Senior Manager, R&D Data, Data Science, and AI - Digital Health for Neuropsychiatry to be located at one of our sites in Cambridge, MA, Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Spring House, PA, or San Diego, CA (La Jolla area).

This Senior Manager will join the Neuroscience Data, Data Science, and AI (DDSAI) team to advance digital health innovation for neuropsychiatry and accelerate development of novel treatments.

The role combines hands-on data science leadership in partnership with the Neuroscience clinical and regulatory teams, as well as collaboration with academic, technology, and pre-competitive partners.

The leader will help develop, validate, and operationalize digital tools, novel endpoints, patient stratification approaches, and evidence strategies for mood, psychotic, cognitive, and related neuropsychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities


* Digital Health Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to define a neuropsychiatric digital health roadmap that integrates AI/ML (e.g., foundation models), data science, and company priorities across the patient journey, ensuring clinical relevance and patient-centered outcomes.
