Warehouse & Distribution Manager

T he Warehouse & Distribution Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring the safe, compliant, cost-effective, and efficient supply of products.

This role is accountable for both day-to-day operational performance and the development and execution of operational strategies for the Warehouse & Distribution function.

The role drives operational excellence, organizational capability, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead warehouse and distribution operations in Japan to ensure safe, compliant, high- quality, and reliable product supply.



* Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, storage, shipping, and domestic transportation.



* Develop and drive the mid- to long-term strategy and capacity planning to support future business growth.



* Lead 3PL and vendor management to build effective partnerships and strong operational performance.



* Monitor KPIs and service levels, and drive actions to improve quality, service, cost, and productivity.



* Manage budgets, cost performance, and financial planning for warehouse and distribution activities.



* Lead cost improvement and productivity initiatives across warehousing and domestic transportation.



* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory requirements , and company standards.
