The Senior Engineer- Electrical Engineer responsible for all electrical and instrumentation systems on site.

Manages the technical aspects of electrical design that advance organizational strategies.

Assists with project development, design controls and design verification testing.

Ability to manage varying engineering projects as needed to support site goals.

Key Responsibilities:


* Manages assigned tasks to actualize scope of work and execution plans for electrical design and engineering projects.


* Completes project tasks to the estimated effort and duration and communicates completeness, schedule conflicts, and resource needs to the project manager.


* Defines front-level scope of technical problems, design conflicts, risks, and testing issues and collaborates with the project team to resolve them.


* Attends to and documents quality control issues in compliance with organizational production and design standards.


* Identifies and escalates to management, opportunities to improve project planning, reviews, and execution.


* Ensures timely and accurate completion of project documentation, including process improvements.


* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.


* Assists in construction, commissioning and qualification of equipment.


* Provides electrical and instrumentation technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
