DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a France Comm Cap lead, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

Manages other managers, supervisors and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.

Communicates the direction of sales strategies throughout the sales lifecycle, from creating, maintaining and growing Pricing & Contracting/Tendering strategy , and coordinating the implementation of end-to-end Pricing and Contracting/Tender operational excellence designed to meet sales objectives .

Contributes to business growth opportunities by improving Pricing & Contracting/Tendering processes and strategic opportunities , implementing continuous improvement & automation programs, generating performance metrics, and disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.

Maintains an extensive knowledge of DPS portfolio , process t roubleshooting and benchmark industry best practices in order to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate strategies and solutions.
