Reporting to the Tech Ops Leader, Joints Reconstruction Platform, the E2E (End to End) Engineering Delivery Program Lead -Hips & Shoulders is responsible for leading and directing, all Projects in relation to the HIPS & SHOULDERS Value Stream (VS) Portfolios.

This includes, but not exclusive to, New Product Introduction (NPI) (Internal and External), Technology Introduction, Strategic Capacity and Risk Reduction in line with the Value Stream Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSR) and Long-Range Production Plan (LRPP).

This Leader will also be a member of the Global Tech Ops Leadership Team, to ensure alignment across the engineering community, and designing the Strategic Direction of the HIPS & SHOULDERS E2E Technical Portfolio.
