We are searching for the best talents for Process Technician (Operations) roles to join our Operations team in Limerick, Ireland.
Purpose: The Process Technician supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment and processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
This role plays a key part in delivering production targets, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
As a Process Technician, you will:
* Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production targets
* Perform routine process checks and document results in line with GMP requirements
* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimise downtime
* Support line changeovers, setups, and cleaning activities
* Escalate technical and quality issues in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate production and batch records
* Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance procedures (e.g.
GMP, SOPs)
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g.
Lean, Six Sigma)
* Support process validation, equipment qualification, and audits as required
