Purpose:

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Strategic Marketing for CMF and Thoracic, based in West Chester, PA.

This role is responsible for leading portfolio strategy and lifecycle execution across global markets, driving growth through launch excellence, lifecycle optimization, and sustained post-launch performance.

This role partners closely with regional teams, commercial, supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D to maximize product value across the full product lifecycle.

You will be responsible for:
Commercial Results - Achieve worldwide business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price on an annual basis.

Manage expenses within budget.

Maintain company's leadership position in CMF market.

Brand Strategy - Contribute to the development of global brand strategies for products, services, programs and other key initiatives, including establishment of value proposition, targeting & segmentation, positioning, global branding, product launch and lifecycle management.
