The Senior Manager, Strategy and Performance Management is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and performance improvement across MedTech Deliver organization.

This role leads a team responsible for Process Engineering, Kaizen, Performance Management, Data Analytics, and Strategy Deployment.

The position partners closely with Finance, Plan, Commercial, DC operations, Customer Excellence, Transportation, Quality, IT, Procurement, and regional/global supply chain teams to improve service, cost, quality, productivity and compliance.

The role serves as a key catalyst for transformation initiatives, including process standardization, digitalization, automation, network optimization, and operational readiness for strategic product launch.

Strategy Development and Deployment

-Support the development and execution of Deliver strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives.

-Lead annual strategic planning and objective deployment processes.
