The Opportunity

Opportunity available for an Upper Extremities & Sports Medicine Product Specialist in NSW.

Based in Sydney, you will inherit the existing South-West Sydney & Nowra territory, and will be accountable for building customer connections, generating profitable revenue and growing our market share within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include:


* Sales Growth & Territory Management: Achieving/exceeding territory revenue targets by identifying cross-selling opportunities, key decision-makers and analysing sales reports, and developing effective territory coverage plans


* In-Theatre Support, Education & Training: Providing expert clinical and technical assistance to Surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, conducting product demonstrations and coordinating in-service training for healthcare professionals


* Customer Relationships: Building trust with surgeons, registrars, and procurement teams to foster long-term loyalty and market share growth


* Inventory Management: Managing consignment inventory, billing, and the logistics of loan equipment
