本ポジションは、DPS Japanにおけるビジネス戦略の意思決定を支えるため、Business AnalyticsおよびMarket Intelligenceの両面からデ-タドリブンなインサイト創出を担います。市場•競合•自社パフォ-マンスに関する分析と、高度な分析手法(Advanced Analytics / AI)を活用したインサイトの提供により、事業成長および戦略精度向上に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities主な職務内容:

Business Analytics


* デ-タ分析(Advanced Analytics)を通じたビジネスインサイトの創出


* AI活用施策の企画•推進(ユ-スケ-ス検討、PoC支援 等)


* プロジェクトマネジメント(分析案件•デ-タ活用プロジェクト)


* KPI分析およびビジネスパフォ-マンス評価


* デ-タの可視化•スト-リ-テリングによる意思決定支援

Market Intelligence


* 市場デ-タおよびマ-ケットシェアレポ-トの作成•分析


* BU別パフォ-マンス分析および定期レポ-ティング


* 競合分析および競争環境の評価


* 年次環境分析(Annual Environment Scan)の実施


* 社内外デ-タ(NDB、CRMデ-タ等)を活用した市場動向の整理•可視化


* 各BUへのマ-ケットインサイト提供および関連アクションの提案
