Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Marketing & Digital Specialist located in Kibbutz Shefayim, Israel .

Role Purpose

The Marketing & Digital specialist is responsible for leading the execution of local marketing strategies and driving digital capabilities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

The role holds accountability for translating regional strategy into impactful local execution , including content creation, managing digital campaigns, PR activity, product launches and excellence in current portfolio promotion .

Key Responsibilities



* Support execution of local marketing strategy aligned with management priorities



* Own and drive digital marketing initiatives (campaigns, automation, omnichannel engagement) including content creation and customer engagement



* Build innovative digital marketing initiatives to differentiate activity vs.

competition and initiate and/or a dapt and localize global campaigns and content to the Israeli market



* Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial priorities



* Support in product launches ...
