DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Healthcare Economics & Market Access (HEMA), located in Tokyo.

本ポジションは、DPS社日本におけるHealthcare Economics & Market Access(HEMA)部門の立ち上げおよび責任者として、日本の医療制度下におけるマ-ケットアクセス戦略を統括する役割を担う。

医療経済•保険償還•エビデンス戦略を-体的にリ-ドし、DPS製品ポ-トフォリオにおける持続可能な患者アクセスと事業成長の実現を目的とする。

Key Responsibilities

1 HEMA部門の立ち上げおよび戦略リ-ド



* DPS日本におけるHEMA機能の立ち上げおよび組織責任者としての統括



* 事業戦略に整合した中長期のマ-ケットアクセス戦略の策定•実行



* 日本におけるマ-ケットアクセス領域の最終責任者としての役割遂行



* HEMAに関する社内プロセス、ガバナンス、ケイパビリティ構築

2 保険•価格戦略(日本固有業務 )



* 新製品および既存製品に関する保険償還戦略の立案•実行



* 以下を含む保険償還プロジェクトのリ-ド:



* 新規保険収載申請



* B2/ C区分、定義変更案件



* 既存製品の償還価格マネジメント



* 保険適用希望書を含む各種申請資料•エビデンスパッケ-ジの統括



* 厚生労働省および関係機関との折衝•コミュニケ-ションの主導



* 診療報酬改定に伴う影響分析、対応方針策定、対象製品への実装対応のリ-ド

3 医療経済•エビデンス戦略



* 保険•価値提案を支える医療経済およびエビデンス戦略の策定



* 費用対効果評価、予算影響分析等の医療経済評価の統括(該当する場合)
