We're hiring a Maintenance Tech to help keep the property running ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Chief Engineer.
What You'll Do


* Perform general repairs — plumbing, PTAC units, furniture, fixtures, electronic locks, painting, and carpentry


* Complete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance on hotel machinery


* Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and courteously


* Care for the hotel's grounds and pool, including daily chemical checks


* Communicate promptly with Guest Services and Housekeeping on room readiness

What You'll Need


* Minimum one year of general building maintenance experience or equivalent trade profession experience


* Vocational school certification preferred


* Hotel or boutique/lifestyle property experience is a plus


* Comfort with physical work: walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds


* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Job Type
$19.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA
