We're hiring a Guest Service Associate to help welcome guests and run our Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor.
What You'll Do


* Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail


* Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy


* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through


* Build real knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood


* Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You'll Need


* High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service or hospitality experience


* Boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel experience a plus


* Strong communication skills and composure under pressure


* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Job Type
$17.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA
