Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital.

PAY: From $45-52 per hour + / DOE

What You'll Do:


* Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.


* Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.


* Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


* Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

What We're Looking For:


* Current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT).


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.


* Strong leadership and team management skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving successful financial outcomes.
