Your Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.


* Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff.


* Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.


* Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members through respectful and compassionate care.

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.


* Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation schedule.


* Compassion, reliability, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
