Supply Chain Manager

Purpose

Providing strategic leadership for EFCO's Materials Management and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's global supply chain, including vendor selection & management, material and accessory procurement, outsourcing, and inventory control, including on time arrival for use to ensure a consistent, cost-effective supply of goods and services.

Champion enterprise alignment on best practices in purchasing, inventory optimization, and vendor performance.

This role requires a visionary leader who can align supply chain strategies with company values and strategic objectives while fostering collaboration and innovation across global / cross-functional teams, and is accountable for the end-to-end purchase order process including the integration among internal functions - such as operations, purchasing, and logistics.

This leader owns managing the external suppliers, across all categories including raw materials, components, MRO, IT supplies, and finished goods.

This will ensure part availability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals to drive continuous improvement in material planning and flow to support operational success and enable LIPCC (Lowest In Place Concrete Cost).

Establish key performance benchmarks, lead a small team, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and supplier partners.
