GENERAL DESCRIPTION Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is looking for a dependable, customer focused Donation Pick Up Associate to support our ReStore donation pick-up team.

Every day, you'll help collect donated furniture, appliances, and building materials that directly fund affordable housing programs throughout Los Angeles County.

This is an active, hands on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a team.

You'll assist with loading donations, communicating with donors, ensuring safe transportation of items, and helping keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Donation Pick-Up & Customer Service Contact donors before scheduled pick-ups to confirm appointments and provide arrival updates.

Greet donors professionally and provide outstanding customer service during every interaction.

Verify donated items upon arrival and communicate any additions or changes to dispatch or management.

Accurately complete donation receipts and required documentation.

Transportation & Safety Assist the driver by directing backing, parking, and maneuvering the truck safely.
