Sample Room Attendant

Your Job

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, is looking for individuals to join their dynamic team as a Sample Room Attendant at the Distribution Center in Paragould Arkansas.

The Sample Room Attendant position is a multi-task position.

The Sample Room Attendant will pull, perform quality analysis, pack qualified samples, and weigh finished packages to complete sales orders and requests, ship FedEx and UPS shipments, and maintain inventory of necessary supplies to keep the Sample Room operating efficiently.

Pay: $18.50 to $20.60

Shifts Available:


* 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday

What You Will Do


* Visually inspect product to ensure that the best that Anchor Packaging has to offer is being sent.

This means that several trips to the warehouse to find an acceptable product may be made, or consulting with Quality to find the best.

Daily interaction with customers


* Maintain and build kit inventories


* Pick up and return finished sample orders from and to the sample room lead's office


* Pull the needed product from the warehouse with forklift to fill sample orders and build kits


* Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment


* Build and keep a constant inventory of specially designed kits for all categories of Anchor products


* Fulfill special requests as directed by the sample room lead, such as labeling parts, packaging specifications, and exact delivery dates


* Pack samples to be sent to FedEx


* Divide and organize packages to be picked up by carriers


* Daily operation of forklift

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite


* Experience operating a forklift

* Prior quality or inspection experience
