Paul, Minneapolis metro area Pay: The annual salary range for this position is at $90,000 - $110,000.

We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.

Job Summary: The Accounting Manager plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Association's financial reporting and systems.

Support the development, maintenance, and oversight of financial statements, financial systems, and internal controls, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.

Lead complex and specialized accounting functions, including investments, endowments, contributed revenue, and grant accounting--ensuring accurate billing, tracking, reporting, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the accounting and reporting of capital assets and expenditures, including the development of comprehensive capital reporting processes.

Additional responsibilities include supporting debt financing compliance and investment activities, while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and enhance financial transparency.

Provides direct supervision and development of the Senior Accountant, fostering strong technical expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement across the function.

Essential Functions: · Assist with developing and maintaining a system of financial controls which assures compliance with internal policies, external regulations, GAAP and non-profit accounting standards, donor intent and the integrity of all financial transactions.
