Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts supporting implementation teams, client administrators, and end users


* Build and maintain a roadmap that balances client needs, delivery efficiency, technical health, and commercial priorities


* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support prioritization and release planning across concurrent programs


* Monitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements to support quality and release readiness


* Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, engineering leads, and implementation leads to promote alignment across teams

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Active Secret Clearance


* 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role


* 2+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for one or more development teams
