Marketing & Design Coordinator

Position: Marketing & Design Coordinator FLSA: Hourly Location: 9720 Cypresswood Drive, Ste 206, Houston, TX 77070 Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Flex per Employee Handbook General Purpose: Home Creations, a family-owned builder in operation since 1981 with more than 19,000 homes delivered across our divisions, is adding marketing and design capacity to our Houston Division.

This seat runs day-to-day marketing across a division delivering roughly 100 homes per year in the north Houston submarket and guides Homebuyers through selections in our active communities.

Supervision Received: Works directly under the direction of the Office Manager and Sales Manager Supervision Exercised: no direct reports Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Brand & Digital Marketing Execute the social content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (three posts per week on the primary channels, one per week on LinkedIn), consistent with the Home Creations brand voiceManage community landing pages and inventory updates on the Home Creations websiteImplement, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including budget pacing, keyword sets, and weekly reportingUpdate geofencing targets around competing communities, retail hubs, and priority zip codesTrack lead source performance and report weekly metrics to sales and marketing leadership Content Capture Capture on-site photography and short-form video of model homes, spec inventory, and communities for organic social, paid ads, and web useEdit, tag, and archive image and video assets in a shared, well-organized library Events, Signage & Print Plan and staff community events, including grand openings, Realtor and broker events, buyer appreciation, and partner activationsDesign flyers, model home collateral, sales kits, and print advertising in Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteOrder and manage community signage, monument updates, model home graphics, and directional signage across communities Design & Selections Curate interior selections on spec homes (cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, paint) that reflect the Home Creations brand and current buyer demandMeet with Homebuyers on scheduled appointments to guide personal selections, document choices, and coordinate with construction on change orders and delivery timingMaintain the selections library, vendor samples, and pricing sheets in an organized, up-to-date system Budget Maintenance Own the division marketing budget, including monthly and quarterly spend reporting to Division Executives and the Corporate OfficeMaintain inventory of branded SWAG and directional signage for model homes and events, reordering ahead of runouts General Safety Sensitive PositionAll other duties as assigned
