Manual Mill Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manual Mill Machinist to join our manufacturing team.

In this role, you will set up and operate manual milling machines to fabricate and maintain precision parts, tooling, and components supporting our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities Set up and operate manual milling machines to produce parts to specified tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine correct dimensions, tooling, and machining sequenceSelect appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixturing for each jobMeasure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify conformance to specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot machining issues, adjusting setup as needed to maintain qualityPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of milling machines and work areaMaintain accurate production and inspection recordsFollow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
