As our practices continue to expand throughout Spartanburg and Union Counties, including our innovative school-based and mobile dental programs, you'll have the opportunity to improve the oral health of children, adults, and underserved families throughout Upstate South Carolina.

$145,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience Productivity Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + NHSC & PSLF Loan Repayment Eligibility Youll be a great fit if: You are mission-minded and committed to providing great oral health care to the underservedYou can interact positively with a diverse patient population, of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities and provide care in a manner that is appropriate and meets patients individualized needsYou are confident in delivering direct patient care, includingAssessment of patients general health and readiness to undergo dental treatmentEvaluation and diagnosis of dental conditionsPerforming procedures involved in the scope of general dentistry, including fillings, extractions, basic endodontics, basic fixed and removable prosthodonticsYou can applyevidence-based diagnostic and treatment techniques to meet accepted standards of dental careYou can effectively communicate and educate patients on the importance of oral health and work alongside them as they work to achieve a state of oral healthYou are comfortable and enjoy treating pediatric patientsYou have a positive and innovative attitude toward the interdisciplinary delivery of dental care.
