The Role: Service Support Representative (Fleet & Equipment)

We are currently seeking a Service Support Representative to join our Field Services Support team, with a primary focus on fleet vehicle and equipment coordination.

What will you do?


* Support fleet and equipment operations by managing service requests, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.


* Monitor incoming requests and proactively follow up to meet committed timelines and service expectations.


* Maintain accurate data in vehicle and equipment management systems to support operational visibility and reporting.


* Analyze operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, or required actions, and execute follow-ups accordingly.


* Coordinate with Field Service Technicians, Field Service Managers, and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.


* Escalate non-standard or complex requests to leadership for guidance and resolution.


* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on request status, delays, and resolutions.


* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous process improvements.

Who would be successful?


* Bachelor's degree required.


* 3-5 years of experience in operations support, fleet management, equipment coordination, or a related field.


* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders (field teams, managers, vendors).


* Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and take appropriate action.


* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).


* Availability to work U.S.

business hours.


* Hybrid work arrangement based in Rosario, Cavite.
