Project Analyst Intern (Polanco, CDMX)

What will you do?


* Support engineering projects through reporting, cost tracking, data validation, and project coordination activities.


* Support project managers and engineering teams with status updates, action tracking, meeting follow-ups, and other project coordination activities.


* Reconcile cost reports against invoices received, identifying discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and supporting the corresponding follow-up.


* Maintain and follow up on project trackers inSmartsheet, ensuring milestones, actions, deliverables, and due dates are kept up to date.


* Provide support with selected access-related tickets, helping track requests and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.


* Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and other business functions to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information.


* Maintain organized project documentation and identify opportunities to improve reporting, tracking, and data management processes.
