Position: Material Handler/Heavy Equipment Operator
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Shift: Rotating 12-hour Shifts.

4 on / 4 off.

Swing from days to nights every month.

Wage Scale: $36.96- $42.36 w/ potential for overtime

Note: The wage scale for the position is the full wage scale an individual can make based on performance, experience, and seniority throughout their time at the company.

What you'll be contributing:



* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.


* Operates front-end loader on barges for the purpose of off-loading raw materials.

This includes but, is not limited to, loading of equipment onto the barge, the complete material removal process, and the unloading of equipment of the barge.


* Operates a dump truck, forklift, man-lift, and heavy equipment to transport raw materials, clinker, and other items within the confines of the plant.


* Attends to security of barge, barge support equipment inspection, and inspection and maintenance of material conveying systems as required.


* Operate sweeper and water truck to maintain dust control.
