Greif is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support manufacturing engineering activities at our Carol Stream facility.

This role is responsible for coordinating engineering changes, maintaining bills of material (BOMs) and technical documentation, tracking project deliverables, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.

The Engineering Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations by ensuring engineering data integrity, managing product and process documentation, coordinating engineering projects, and helping maintain accurate product information within company systems.

This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating across multiple functions to drive operational excellence.
 

What You'll Do

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will support engineering and manufacturing teams by maintaining critical product data, coordinating engineering change activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Maintenance teams to support product launches, process improvements, engineering changes, and ongoing manufacturing operations.
 

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities to support operational and project objectives.


* Create and maintain part numbers, product records, and manufacturing data within ERP systems.


* Develop, update, and maintain bills of material (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and consistency across manufacturing operations.


* Update and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and engineering records.


* Initiate and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) activities and support engineering change processes.
