Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.


* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.


* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.


* Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress.

Qualifications


* Current California Speech Language Pathologist license.


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
