We are currently seeking aSenior Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)to serve as a strategic partner in driving the financial health and performance of the Credit Union.

This role blendshigh-impact FP&A leadershipwithstrong accounting expertise, supporting budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance insightswhile helping ensure sound financial operations, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement aligned with CWCUs values ofRespect, Compassion, Ethics, Integrity, and Humor.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities) Financial Planning & Analysis (70%) Partner with business units to developforecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plansConductscenario analysis, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysisto evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunitiesProvideactionable insights and recommendationsto improve financial performance, efficiency, and member valuePrepare and present financial analysis to senior management and support strategic planning initiativesAdvocate for change and recommend improvements that benefit employees and membersDevelop, monitor, and report onkey financial metrics, trends, and variances to support decisionsSupport the annual budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation ofbudget vs.
