What You'll Do
As a Night Shift RN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the night.


* Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered.


* Develop and follow individualized care plans.


* Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.


* Provide leadership and support to the nursing team.


* Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.


* Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.

Qualifications


* Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Strong communication and clinical judgment


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Compassion for serving the geriatric population
