Your Role: Brand Manager (BM) Farm Animal Business (FAB)

As the Brand Manager for the Farm Animal Business, you will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical, and Finance to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand value and achieving business objectives through innovative launch plans and customer-centric strategies.

Your Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute comprehensive Brand Plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to achieve sales and earnings targets.


* Lead the creation and rollout of promotional materials and marketing events for Farm Brands, ensuring compliance with Good Promotional Practices (GPP) and company policies.


* Manage brand expenditure and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and local product availability.


* Conduct regular field visits and dual calls with the sales force to gain market insights and ensure the effective execution of brand tactics.


* Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with global and local regulatory requirements to protect the Elanco brand.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience


* Experience: Min 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business management


* Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Proven experience in the Farm Animal Business sector (Vaccines, Soluble Antibiotics, or Bioprotection)


* Strong ability to present commercial brand information to internal and external audiences


* Experience managing large-scale marketing events and symposium


* Demonstrated success in dual-call field coaching and sales force alignment
