SAP Managed Services Manager

Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Managed Services on the GPS Enterprise Operations as a Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading SAP logistics workstreams across implementation, enhancement, and managed services engagements for federal clients, with a focus on SAP Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Quality Management, and integration with Sales and Distribution and Finance


* Gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, developing functional designs, and configuring SAP enterprise structures, purchasing processes, inventory processes, warehouse processes, and delivery processes


* Translating business requirements into functional specifications, reports, workflows, interfaces, and enhancements that support client operations and program objectives


* Supporting testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, training, post-implementation support, and system upgrades across SAP logistics environments, including ECC 6.0 and SAP Fiori applications


* Managing deliverables, risks, and client communications while mentoring junior practitioners and contributing to proposals, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives
