Scope of Responsibility: This position is responsible for the supervising of day-to-day operations of the Inventory department.

Monitors accuracy of inventory information and adjusts inventory records based on physical verification and computer research.

Provides daily work assignments, guidance, and training to Inventory department staff.

Essential Duties: Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control teams schedules to best meet the business needs.Leads the Inventory Control team to efficiently and safely accomplish assigned tasks.Coordinates material issues with production to support smooth operations.Assists the Director of Inventory in coaching employees where necessary to improve their performance up to acceptable levels.Assigns daily work to other associates within the Inventory Control Department.Assists in the maintenance and change of department procedures and employee training processes.Reconciles and performs weekly cycle counts of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy and helps conduct annual physical inventory counts.Serves as the main liaison between Inventory Control and other departments within the Company.Maintains and coordinates product flow from Inventory department to Production.Effectively communicates to all levels of management to achieve desired results.Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety.Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operation.Contributes to team effort by communicating and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Position Requirements: Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Minimum of three to five years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management.
