What You'll Be Doing


* Providing outstanding nursing care to our residents


* Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions


* Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes


* Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Supporting residents, families, and fellow team members with compassion and professionalism


* Being the calm, capable problem-solver everyone is happy to see when you walk through the door

What We're Looking For


* Current RN license in the State of Ohio


* Passion for patient-centered care


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment


* A team player who can adapt and jump in where needed


* Long-term care or post-acute experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way
