Green Chain Offbearer

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Job Overview: We're seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.

Responsibilities: Grade, sort, and pull wood veneer from a moving conveyor belt.

Palletize and stack veneer sheets according to specifications.

Perform cleanup duties.

Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Support team efforts to maintain equipment efficiency and productivity.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Able to work 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week (overtime required).

Excellent attendance and punctuality is required.

Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Prior production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment: The environment can be loud, dusty, hot, or cold depending on seasonal conditions.
