Processing Supervisor - 2nd Processing Cut Up 2026

Purpose/Scope: Supervises and coordinates activities of employees in assigned department.

Ensures that all policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed while producing a quality, cost effective product in a safe and timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities: Trains, directs, and ensure employees meet requirements and job function according to company, state, and federal guidelines.

Ensures product and processing meets required standards and guidelines of customer, federal and state.

Plans and schedules manpower; people, positions, work schedules, and flow.

Interprets company policies to employees and enforces regulations.

Maintains production records.

Ensures goals are met daily and improve morale in department.

Reports machine and equipment malfunction to maintenance personnel.

Reports product production, efficiency, and other production related data to Management.

Ensures department and production area is neat, clean, and safe for operations.

Ensures that all employees use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.

Performs other duties as assigned
