Sr. Agile Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC
Position Summary
Join Schneider Electric as a Senior Project Manager leading the North America Busway and Low Voltage Switchboard workstreams within the AI Data Center (AIDC) program.
This role will drive strategic new product development initiatives supporting Schneider Electric's next-generation AI Data Center portfolio.
The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring execution excellence across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, certification, marketing, and commercial organizations.
What will you do?
* Lead end-to-end execution of AIDC Busway and Low Voltage Switchboard projects.
* Own project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
* Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and critical path schedules.
* Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, certification, and marketing teams.
* Drive prototype development, testing, validation, industrialization, and launch readiness activities.
* Manage dependencies with associated AIDC workstreams.
* Facilitate executive reviews and provide clear communication of status, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Ensure successful launch execution and transition into commercialization.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
* 7+ years of project or program management experience.
* Experience leading New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), or Offer Creation programs.
* Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Busway, Switchboard, Power Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Critical Power, or related technologies.
* Experience supporting Data Center or Infrastructure markets.
* PMP certification.
* Experience with Agile, Stage-Gate, or hybrid product development methodologies.
* Familiarity with UL certification and product industrialization processes.
