Flow Controller -12 Month Contract
As a Flow Controller (12-month contract), you will ensure materials are available to support customer demand and production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
You will manage replenishment activities, monitor supply risks, and collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to proactively address shortages and drive supply chain performance.
What you'll be doing
* Manage material replenishment and purchase order activities to ensure on-time supply.
* Execute and monitor MRP processes to align supply with demand.
* Identify, communicate, and resolve supply shortages, backorders, and inventory risks before they impact operations.
* Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory optimization initiatives.
* Coordinate with suppliers, planning teams, warehouse operations, and logistics partners to ensure smooth material flow.
* Track shipments, manage supplier commitments, and expedite deliveries when required.
* Build strong supplier relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
What you bring
* Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
* Preferrable 2+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or a related role.
* Experience with MRP and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with external suppliers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
