FlexSelect, Operations Engineer

Job Responsibilities


* End-to-End Execution & Delivery: Manage and coordinate project technical deliverables, tasks, and documentation from initial project handover through to final delivery and sign-off.


* Technical Document & Diagram Review: Read, interpret, and validate technical documentation-specifically Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and schematic drawings-to ensure proper scope execution.


* Regional Operations Support: Act as the main operational point of contact providing support to Pacific stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.


* Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, sales, quality) and external vendors to resolve technical clarifications and ensure project alignment.


* Issue & Risk Resolution: Monitor technical deliverables and project milestones, identifying risks or deviations early and taking proactive steps to safeguard project scope, schedule, and quality.


* Process & Tool Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational tools to track deliverables, generate status reports, and streamline operations workflows.

Job Requirements


* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering


* Open for Field end-to-end execution experience accepted, provided hold an Electrical Engineering degree and possess strong communication skills.


* Single-Line Diagram (SLD) Mastery: Proven capability to read, analyze, and interpret technical single-line diagrams.


* End-to-End Delivery: Demonstrated background in end-to-end project/operations execution in an engineering or technical environment.


* Software Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).


* Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective regional stakeholder interaction.
