Warehouse Engineer

You'll design strategies that improve safety, efficiency, and productivity while leading initiatives that transform how we work.
What will you do?
* Design and implement strategies to meet health, safety, environmental, quality, and productivity targets
* Develop work instructions, train warehouse staff, and champion continuous improvement projects
* Optimize storage capacity and establish service level agreements with suppliers for seamless logistics
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance material flow and overall warehouse efficiency
* Subassembly continuous improvement projects
* Offsite WH management
* Equipment maintenance
* Production & CX tools maintenance and ordering
* Scrap continuous improvement: Compactors, metal scrap containers
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Drives for Results - advanced level; delivering measurable improvements in warehouse efficiency and throughput
* Lean Methodology - intermediate level; applying lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows
* Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements
* Material Flow Design and Methodology - intermediate level; designing efficient layouts that support operational goals
* Operational Health and Safety Management - intermediate level; ensuring compliance with HSE standards and protocols

* Influencing Skills - intermediate level; gaining stakeholder buy-in for process changes and new initiatives
