Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a CNA at Valley Pointe, you are the heart of our resident care.

Your daily impact includes:



* Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and engaging them in daily activities , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility .



* Assisting with transfers, ambulation and repositioning using proper safety techniques.



* Taking and recording vital signs



* Monitoring residents and reporting any changes to the licensed nurses.



* Assisting nurses in implementing personalized care plans.



* Providing accurate and timely documentation of the high-quality care you provide.



* Ensuring residents' needs and desires are met quickly, appropriately, and with a smile.



* Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the residents.



* Providing compassionate emotional support and building positive relationshi ps with residents and families.
